The Electric Oil Jacketed Kettle Roasting Machine is a U shape container with an internal longitudinal shaft having anchor rods and ribbons. The unique design of the anchor motivates every particle in all three axes and blends the different types of all particles homogeneously. Both sides of the shaft penetrating through the container are sealed with glands to prevent leakage during operation. The anchor assembly is driven with gear and motor at approx. 25 rpm. 

The standard roaster has an oil jacket immersed with an electrical heater, which heats oil through controlled temp. Due to the oil batch it gives similar & consistent temp all over the heat transfer area. The heat loss is controlled by outer insulation. The drive & jacket temp is controlled thru panel having indicator lamps digital temp controller digital voltmeter, push button type rev/frw switches, elcb overload protection relay, start delta system with delay timer to safeguard drive system; discharge thru plate type hand operated valve as per our standard practice. The drive system is in enclosure & all rotary parts are covered under guard.

The Electric Oil Jacketed Kettle Roasting Machine is made of stainless steel with sturdy and durable body and a top cover and the bottom discharge valve is located centrally and the longitudinal shaft is mounted centrally too with spiral ribbons mounted too. Spiral ribbons are designed specifically to offer best blending results. Due to the three dimensional action of the machine, the product to be roasted or mixed is evenly blended and all particles come equally in contact with the other material. The industrial roaster machines are offered with option of customization as requested by the buyers. Owing to this option, the machines can be made in full stainless steel or contact parts fabricated in Stainless steel and non-contact parts fabricated in mild steel with enamel or epoxy paints.

Working
The drum spins in a circle while electricity heats the product material from underneath. A hot-air forces through a screen underneath the product so that heat is transferred throughout. Then roasted product is cooled in a process known as quenching. The heating is attained by Electrically operated oil immersed heaters. The heating temperature is controlled through a digital temperature controller. Every door on both sides can be opened for easy cleaning. Different areas are insulated for minimum heat loss and lowest running cost. High degree of automation, thermostats, heat is by electric method. Using a circulating fan heat exchange to achieve strong airflow roasted, roasting improves efficiency and increases roasting quality.
